The field is groomed with tracks set, and most trails are rolled. Snow is soft and sugary, a bit rough in the woods, but for early season it’s not bad. Skiing should be decent all week, with snow softening as the temps rise towards freezing each day. Let’s not talk about Friday.
Watch for downed branches and birches doing back bends over the trail - most were cleared today, but there was a lot of storm debris.
