It's fun to see who the die hards are out there - walking to the edge of the snow to start, then happily skiing off to enjoy spring skiing on tail end of what turned out to be a lovely season.
Much of the field is still covered, better on the right side (aka "Extra Blue"), and in the lower woods. Pond loop has an uncrossable section, as does the top part of the Perkins Ridge trail.
We've called it quits on grooming - whatever falls tonight will be too wet to do anything with tomorrow, except to enjoy it.
I'll send an email with an end-of-the season wrap up, spring board meeting date, and thoughts on trail work over the summer and fall.
