Wow. That was a tragic 24 hours for our trails. Although yesterday's skiing was yummy and spring-like, the overnight warmth and rain left us with a sheet of ice in the field that is not groomable even with our awesome equipment. Once things cool, we'll check out the woods to see if anything can be salvaged there.
Please stay off the trails today as we figure things out, both because the field will be lousy, but also to avoid making deep ruts in what remains.
We'll let you know by the end of the day whether we'll have any skiing for the weekend. We may be back to snow dances.
