Groomers are out now creating corduroy and setting fresh tracks, now that our base has finally frozen with 3-4” of fluff on top.  Skiing should be great this week with cold nights and mild days.  We’ll touch up here and there as the week goes leading up to another nice weekend.

Snowshoers are enjoying the trails which are well marked and easy to follow.

Despite warm temps and liquid precipitation, trails were groomed this morning.

Today will not be your day to hit the trails - the ANSA neighborhood is coated with a crust of ice. Weather is typically whacky the next few days, with no grooming planned until Sunday morning.

For a good time, come ski the ANSA trails today and tomorrow. Snow is good, temps are cool. 

ANSA is again hosting a community ski race on Sunday January 28th as part of the Nonstop Nordic community race series. We had a great time putting on this event last year, creating a fun day of skiing for nordic folks of all ages.  Come out and play!
