Grooming and condition update March 4, 2022
All trails in the woods were groomed and tracks set last night. The field will be done this morning, and skiing today and tomorrow will be spectacular winter conditions.
Thanks for your patience with yesterday’s grooming - underneath the cold fluffy topping there was a wet layer of snowman snow that gummed up the grooming equipment, then the strong winds turned the field into a drifting arctic snowscape! We never know what we’re going to get.
Snowshoe trails are in great shape.
Next week will be dicier, as temps warm with some sort of wet precipitation, and cold temps at night to freeze it up again. Stay tuned.
